Request and confirmation
Send a request for your selected products and quantities without online payment. NPS DENT calls you to confirm. An automatic email acknowledges receipt; it does not confirm availability or acceptance of a sale.
Availability, price and delivery
Availability is confirmed during processing. Before fulfilment we agree the final price, additional charges, carrier or other method, address, delivery charge and timing. Substitutions and price changes require customer agreement. Applicable statutory deadlines are respected unless another legally permissible period is agreed.
Payment method
The website accepts no online payments and collects no bank card details. Cash on delivery, bank transfer or another method may be offered for a particular sale and is agreed before fulfilment. Sending a request does not mean a payment has been made.
